I spent several decades in business. First as a pharmacist – in those days the white jacketed corner professional trying to help sick people. Not the buried in the back of a giant mini mart hidden behind Plexiglas. Then I had assorted assignments for a health care company that focused on research and medicines. My strength was in marketing to help generate investments for more new drug discovery. I often exceed sixty hours a week at work, but managed to spend time writing, because I always felt this was something I had to do.
